WILDLYSTILL REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. THE UNIQUENESS OF HANDCRAFTED PIECES Every piece at WildlyStill is handcrafted with natural stones and antique crystals.

  • Natural Variation: Due to the organic nature of our materials (such as 7A Carnelian and Antique Crystals), please expect subtle variations in color, texture, and natural inclusions. These are not defects, but the "fingerprints" of nature and time.
  • Returns: Due to the handcrafted, one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, we do not offer free returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at contact@shopwildlystill.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.

2. INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS We value your trust and strive for perfection. If we made a mistake:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you received the wrong item or if something is missing.
  • To process your claim, please provide your Order Number and Clear Photos/Videos of the package and the items received.
  • Unboxing Video: For the protection of both parties, we highly recommend filming an unboxing video. This serves as the most effective evidence for any missing or damaged item claims.

3. QUALITY ISSUES & DAMAGES If your item arrives with a genuine functional defect (e.g., a broken clasp), please contact us immediately. We will review each case individually and arrange for a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

  • Note: We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by improper care, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear after the item has been worn.

4. SHIPPING & FEES

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In the rare case that a return is authorized by our team, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
