Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packed by hand. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide from our studio. Estimated delivery times after processing:

United States: 10-14 business days Europe (UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, etc.): 10-14 business days Australia & Canada: 10-14 business days Rest of World: 14-20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local postal services. During peak holiday seasons, slight delays may occur.

Shipping Cost

Orders over $59: Free standard shipping worldwide. Orders under $59: A flat rate of $8.00 applies.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

All orders are shipped with duties and taxes included — you won't be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
